Prerequisite : to share a site, you must be at least Sites administrator in your organization.

How to share a website?

In OGO, you can share a site with another organization in My Sites, via the action:

You need to provide an email address or an organization code, which you must request from that organization.

Use cases

If the email does not exist in OGO, the user is prompted to join OGO, and an organization is created for them. The sharing will be linked to this organization.

If the email exists in OGO and belongs to only one organization, the sharing is linked to that organization.

If the email exists in OGO and belongs to multiple organizations, sharing will not work. You will need an organization code.

There are 2 types of Sharing:

- Administrator Sharing: the third-party organization will have access to the site's settings.

- Reader Sharing: the third-party organization will only be able to view the information in the site's Dashboard and My Logs.
